Dash L'hnnar is the current Viceroy of Corellia and Ord Mantell, as well as Corellia's Senator. Known for his sharp military tactics and shrewd personality, he was recently elected the first Grand Moff of the Republic by the Senate.

Dash is a cool and composed man, to the typical observer, especially in the heat of battle. Of tight smiles and controlled words, he is a visage of military perfection, rarely seen without armor and a blaster at his side.

He speaks little of his past or his family to others, though he admits to not being a native Corellian, hailing instead from Couvaris, a planet of little renown in the Core Worlds.
Dash has an adopted son.
[edit] The New Viceroy
Despite not being a Corellian native, he was the favored candidate for Viceroyship of Corellia when Ksar Antilles sought to retire. Some might argue that the election was swayed in his favor by a then-General of CorSec, Aldog, but most Corellians now agree that he was the man for the job.
The first months of his new position went smoothly, Corellia largely avoiding the messy business of the Clone Wars, despite accusations by figures within the Republic and some shady dealings by members of CorSec. However, Ord Mantell, was not as lucky, suffering several contested battles between The Black Imperium and Republic forces, until finally, getting conquered by the Brood of Zergata.
[edit] The Invasion
Corellians might have enjoyed peace and prosperity under the reigns of their new Viceroy, the growing wealth caught the eye of Cerebra the Hutt. Zergata forces landed on the planet in the guise of damaged cargo ships, but the new Viceroy was handed a planet with little in the way of a navy or military.
The battle in the sky and ground was brutal, weeks of fighting within the streets, until, finally, with the help of the Jedi, the Hutt general met his end in an explosion within Coronet's main power plant, which he had been using as a base. The Brood of Zergata navy pulled away, and the ground forces were eventually bested, but not without heavy casualties.
Dash L'hnnar rose a hero of battle, leading his people to victory and solidifying his place as Corellia's formidable leader.
