Corellian Engineering Corporation is the principal shipbuilder of Corellia. It has facilities in both Coronet and Corsica and has a vertical structure that goes from ship design and construction right on to promotion and sales. It is known for its millennia-old Dreadnaught battlecruiser as well as its workhorse YT1300 freighter.

The SoroSuub shipyard is located on the Sullust moon of Sulon. It constantly goes under renovations as new types of ships are developed through the galaxy. Originally, the purpose of the shipyard was to be a Mecca for upgrades and personal touches. The shipyard has not turned away from that focus, but has also added starfighter production facilities. All of this is done away from the governmental restrictions of the Republic or Black Imperium. It is also one of the few shipyards able to offer discounted prices for pre-orders.
